Operating with only two accountants, it is necessary for this position to assume most of the front end accounting responsibilities. This position is responsible for the following on a daily basis.

Review and finalize financial results at the end of the accounting period and prepare necessary variance analyses, charts, with explanations, etc. for presentation to the Project Manager; and Respond to questions about financial information explaining reasons for budget variances

Prepare and maintain monthly general ledger sale/use/excise tax account reconciliations and supporting documentation provided by the AP and AR billing teams.
