Direct the initiation of Team-Centered Wound Care in new partner facilities. Assist Wound Care Providers with Team-Centered Wound Care to help develop efficiency and best practices. Work with multidisciplinary teams (MDT) during regularly scheduled weekly rounds at various facilities in the assigned region. Facilitate ongoing education and training to ensure the quality and efficiency of Team-Centered Wound Care in current partner facilities. Engage partner facility nurses to assist with wound care. Monitor and report the quality of the weekly Team-Centered Wound Care documentation. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and other healthcare team members regularly to ensure quality patient care. Be a leader in motivating and encouraging patients and patient caregivers. Provide clear direction to achieve goals, creating an environment that fosters team commitment and employee engagement. Attend regularly scheduled team meetings, Grand Rounds, for continued training, team building, and leadership development. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

This fast-paced position requires standing for extended amounts of time. Some lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, pulling, pushing, and reaching throughout the shift while fulfilling job requirements.

Compensation Range: Registered Nurse Salary, Full-time, Exempt. Earn $50,000- $70,000.00 annually – DOQ
Other Compensation: Depending on position and location, may qualify for relocation and/or signing bonus
Schedule: Typical hours: Monday – Friday; varied hours between 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, no weekends and no on-call
