Job Description
We’re looking for someone with integrity to serve legal documents! As a Process Server, you’ll process all of the incoming subpoenas, organize paperwork, serve subpoenas, court orders, and petitions, while also conducting court runs. Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, reliable, detail orientated and has strong clerical skills.
Salary : $16.70 – $22.80 an hour
Job Type: Full-time
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience
One year of experience within criminal justice or legal environment
OR
Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Other Requirements
Must obtain Process Server Certification with the Clerk of the Superior Court within six months of the date of hire
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver’s license by the time of hire
Our Preferred Candidate has
One year of law enforcement experience
Valid Process Server Certification issued by the Superior Court of Arizona
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
