This position is responsible for the following daily activities:

• Accounts Payable – entry, coding, and preparation of check runs.
• Accounts Receivable – posting payments, assisting with client billing preparation, and supporting collection efforts when necessary.
• General Ledger – preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting with month-end account reconciliations.
• Providing audit support and documentation.
• Supporting contract pricing and purchasing activities.
