LifeCell Corporation for Accounting Clerk in Branchburg, NJ
Position Summary:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing essential support to both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Applying cash receipts for lockbox accounts
- Entering ACH
- Wires and credit cards receipts
- Tissue invoicing
- Daily filing of invoices/checks requests,
- Reviewing/maintaining of billing & check registers
- Filing of wires
- Maintaining vendor files
- Sorting through mail received (date, stamp, and separate statements)
- Ad hoc projects
Accounting Clerk Qualifications
Position Qualification Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least one-year experience in supporting accounting
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, & Outlook
Other Position Qualifications
In addition to the basic qualifications listed above, the following other job skills are required:
- Experience providing support to both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience applying cash receipts for lockbox accounts
- Experience entering ACH
- Experience tissue invoicing
- Experience daily filing of invoices/check requests
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the essential requirements and other required criteria listed above, the following preferred skills also exist:
- Experience with Oracle
