Genesis Physician Services (GPS) is searching for a Remarkable for one of our centers in Concord, NH! With an expected growth as much as of 40% per year, GPS provides high-quality care to skilled nursing facilities with the support of medical directors, full and part-time Attending Physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Qualifications:
As a Nurse Practitioner with Genesis Physician Services, you will be responsible for utilizing your advanced education and clinical training to help each facility meet its essential care objectives. In collaboration with our medical management team, you will provide preventive and acute care services to the geriatric population. You must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Masters Degree in Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as Nurse Practitioner by American Nurses Association and preferably have a formal education in an area of Gerontology.
