Staff Accountant Job Description
Weichert Financial Services is actively interviewing qualified candidates for a demanding yet rewarding position as an entry-level Staff Accountant.

Specific Job Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assists the Assistant Controller on daily warehouse activities (including wire events/inquiries, Warehouse bank issues, etc.).
  • Preparation of journal entries.
  • Assists both the Assistant Controller and the Controller on special projects.
  • Preparation of bank and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Preparation of branch and company-wide statistical data.
  • Preparation of complex Excel spreadsheets.
  • Preparation of commission calculations.
