Job Responsibilities

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Journal Entries
  • Applying for State Licenses
  • Assisting Controller with administering certificates of insurance to clients
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Payable departments
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in Accounting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
