Analyze and study complex system requirements. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation. Translates detailed design into computer software. Implement COTS packages. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.

Significant experience with Java, Javascript, HTML/XHTML, XML. Knowledge of CWE (Windows XP), and Solaris operating environments. Prior experience with full life-cycle software development projects. Ability to translate requirements into the end-to-end design for applications that involve multiple interfaces to other applications and supporting data repositories. Demonstrated programming troubleshooting and debugging skills. Familiarity with open source products and tools, such as Eclipse, Ant, JUnit.

LIFE INSURANCE – NCI provides company paid Basic Life/ AD&D Insurance Coverage. The primary coverage benefit is equal to one time (1X) an employee’s annual base salary.
