L.A Unified School District: Campus Aide – Los Angeles, CA
The LAUSD is currently seeking dedicated candidates to join its team as a Campus Aide. These positions assist in maintaining standards of student discipline and ensuring the observance of rules and procedures by students and others on a school campus, and at bus loading points, at the direction of a school administrator or teacher.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates must possess a HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or equivalent
- Membership in the California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS).
- Paid Holidays: 11 days
- NOTE: Current vacancies are being offered on a 9 month, 3-hour basis salary and paid time off (vacation and illness) for 9 months, 3-hour positions will be adjusted accordingly.
Minimum Salary $ 13.00 Hourly
Maximum Salary $ 15.61 Hourly
These positions are 9 MONTH ASSIGNMENTS (AUGUST – JUNE), working 3 HOURS/DAY. Work shifts are typically from 8am-11am or 11am-2pm.

It is the second largest employer in Los Angeles County, after the county government.
