This position is responsible for providing existing and prospective customers with information regarding financial products and services and utilizing specialized knowledge to find the appropriate products and services for each client. In addition, this position is responsible for providing advice and guidance to licensed Investment Associates and assisting Financial Advisors. Requirements College degree or equivalent
Recommends investment solutions and advises the client regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products such as mutual funds, annuities, insurance and investments that meet the clients needs.
Financial Advisor Trainees learn to assess client needs, meet with existing and prospective clients, review investment goals and prepare recommendations for products such as stocks, bonds, options, mutual funds and annuities
Interviewing clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a suitable financial strategy.
Counsels applicants and students on eligibility for financial aid programs, assisting them in the application process
This position requires you to conform to legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines associated with FINRA, SEC, and Chase Investment Services Corp
