Job duties include:
- Process, schedule and pay vendor invoices per payment terms
- Process new sales orders, create/send invoices, receive customer payments.
- Monitor bank balances daily and review cash requirements
- Review vendor statements timely; research and resolve questionable amounts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Process and record payroll and payroll tax filings
- Help process sales tax returns
- Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Work in Progress, Income Statement, Dashboard Reports, and other specialized reports upon request
- Oversee administrative HR functions including health insurance administration, payroll adjustments.
Bookeeper Salary: Depends on Experience. Please provide your salary requirements with your resume.
Ideal candidate will possess urgency in getting work done in an efficient and effective manner and be very proficient in their understanding of accounting including a minimum of 2 years experience working with QuickBooks and Excel. Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing). Must have a strong work ethic and BE DETAILED-ORIENTED. Candidate must also express the ability to maintain the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
