Everyday at work is like an adventure! working with children as young as two can be challenging but its a fun challenge. I love substituting because its something different to do everyday and gives me and opportunity to learn so much more about the world of working with children. I can move around the city and meet all types of teachers and children. Teachers have helped me learn more about teaching and supervising children which has made my confidence in supervising children grow immensely. My special needs students have been my challenge due to them needing literally non stop attention and care, but none the less its has made me a stronger teacher and my love for children grow stronger. Everything about working with children makes me happy inside and out.
