Mainz: Software Engineer – Irvine, CA
Are you interested in working on products that will be a game changer? We’re looking for talented engineers as Software Engineer to add to our development team. We need software engineers who want to take an active part in building new products and enhancing existing ones. We all take part in making our products better so you’ll be able to play a pivotal role in influencing the direction, design and features of our products.
Software Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and other web presentation technologies
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, AngularJS, backbone.js, Ember.js or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of responsive design principles
- Experience writing JavaScript unit tests (e.g. Jasmine, Mocha)
- Strong problem-solving skills in all areas of web development
- Understands how to deliver high-quality code in an agile environment
- Experience with revision control (preferably Git)
- Familiarity with web application development on mobile platforms
- Experience developing for cloud services e.g. AWS
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and JSON
- Experience working with REST services
- Experience with NoSQL data stores e.g. MongoDB
- Experience with Twitter Bootstrap
- Experience with Flexbox
- Experience with ECMAScript 2015 (ES6)
- Experience with build systems. e.g. Gulp, Grunt, Brun
