Corporate Financial Aid Advisor – Lincoln Technical Institute
Job Description
Lincoln Tech’s Corporate office, located in West Orange, NJ, is looking for a detail-oriented person that will assist in the daily operations of the Cash Team at the Corporate Financial Aid Office.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the daily operations of Title IV processing in the Cash Management Division.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of Title IV program funds according to federal and/or state regulations and Company policies and procedures.
Create, analyze, and maintain accurate Financial Aid reports.
Review and enter data into computer systems, scan documents, create spreadsheets containing analytical data.
Assist with specific projects related to Financial Aid.
Adapt to changes in procedures/policies if required.
Communicate with Directors of Financial Aid in resolving discrepant data.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Report to the Assistant Corporate Director of Financial Aid.
