Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of accounting and administrative functions, including:
- Processing, scheduling, and paying vendor invoices according to payment terms.
- Processing new sales orders, creating and sending invoices, and receiving customer payments.
- Monitoring daily bank balances and reviewing cash requirements.
- Reviewing vendor statements promptly and researching discrepancies when necessary.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Processing payroll and payroll tax filings.
- Assisting with sales tax return preparation.
- Preparing financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Work in Progress reports, Income Statements, Dashboard Reports, and other specialized reports as requested.
- Overseeing administrative human resources functions, including health insurance administration and payroll adjustments.

Qualifications
