Job Description
This position, within the RPS Digital Roadmap team, will be dedicated to identifying, prioritizing, and advocating for customer-focused digital engagement solutions and experiences for our Elan and Co-Brand partners. Responsibilities include the strategic understanding of digital platform capabilities, partner needs, and recommending experiences that will delight both our partners and their customers. The person selected for this role will work closely with Partners (on both strategies and integration plans), customers (internal and external), business lines across the enterprise, and agile journey teams across the enterprise. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

• Understand and develop strategies for digital capabilities and experiences that our partners and their customers will benefit from the most.
• Develop a clear understanding, working with the Partner business line, of partner priorities, and how digital capabilities need to be modified across partner channels and customer bases. Work with the partner business line to develop and measure clear KPIs
• Work with TOS to drive scalable solution architecture to provide scalable and repeatable solutions for the business to grow partner and customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Represent RPS Digital Roadmap in partner meetings to communicate priorities, solutions, requirements, and timing.
• Maintains and refines capability backlog to ensure work focuses on highest partner priorities and maximum business value.
