This is an opportunity to become a fully-licensed Financial Advisor with a distinguished full-service firm, known for its best practices in developing new FA’s. If selected, you will receive a base salary and benefits while completing a study program and test for your Series 7 and 66 exams (unless you already hold those licenses). You will undergo in-depth product and services training. You will receive mentoring and ongoing support as you build your business, and will continue to receive a base salary during the first two years, followed by additional bonuses in the third year. The Financial Advisor role is a full commission position, but our client provides new Financial Advisors with the financial stability needed to build a client base during the first few years. Top FA’s can see low six figures in their first year but typically, good FA’s see six figures at the end of their second year.

- Job stability – very few moves during the past ten years
- Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in your field
- No bankruptcies in the last 7 years (any prior must be discharged) and good to excellent credit
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States
- No felonies
- Must have an established network, client base or circle of influence within your community (no relocation offered)
