In this position you will maintain overall shift operation in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, conduct staff meetings at least monthly or as needed to keep patient care staff informed of changes in patient needs or operations to improve delivery of care.

Performs indirect patient care duties that support the efficient functioning of the nursing unit. Pursues professional growth and development through an on-going process of formal and informal education
