Under limited supervision, develops and manages a program of nursing and other clinical services. Provides overall management and administrative guidance. Assesses educational and programmatic needs, develops policies and collaborates with other health care providers in the provision of services.
We require all of our travelers to be a graduate of an accredited healthcare professional program in the United States or Canada and have a minimum of eighteen months of clinical experience depending on your specialty.
Nurse Job Qualifications: Current PA RN license + 4 years of nursing experience + 2 years experience working in the MH/MR field. Supervisor experience preferred. Valid driver's license required.

This position assumes responsibility and accountability for systems function, staff performance, and patient care during hours of operation
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of patient care on assigned unit on 24 hour basis. Provides direction to development and evaluation of assigned nursing personnel
