Software Engineer Job in Sunnyvale, CA – LitePoint

Required Experience of Software Engineer Job:

• Skills in Labview programming is a big plus
• MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years experiences in intensive C/C++ development. Visual Studio C/C++ is preferred
• Using revision control, such as SVN, CVS, is mandatory
• Experiences in developing measurement applications are required. Knowledge in the following wireless communications standards is a big plus:
  • 802.11a/b/g/n PHY
  • Bluetooth
  • 802.16d/e (WiMAX)
  • Cellular (GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE)
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills
• Ability to self-manage his/her time and complete multiple project consistent with agreed upon business priorities

Responsibilities:

• Develop top-level applications demonstrating the advantages and efficiency of the measurement libraries
• Document the design and implementation of measurement libraries, and publish White Papers and Application Notes
• Deliver/Transfer the measurement libraries as C/C++ API to LitePoint internal customers
• Work with RF System Engineers to implement the cutting-edge wireless test methodologies invented by LitePoint
• Develop test plan and test cases for testing the measurement API libraries
• Participate in the LitePoint product development process
