Position Summary: This position provides nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum while collaborating with the health care team. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the state statutes. The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Must hold a current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio. BLS Certification
Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE
Recent RN experience in area of specialty.
Additional Job Information
Office RN Monday thru Friday. Responsibilites will include triage of patient phone calls,and assisting with Physician during office hours. Cardiology, EMR and experience working in an office setting a plus.
