This position is located in the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Financial and Administrative Management (OFAM), Office of Financial and Administrative Services (OFAS), Division of Financial Systems and Services, Systems (DFSS). The Division has a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing the accounting and reporting of financial information for all ETA managed appropriations, including annually audited financial statements; and providing accounting services for National Office led activities including the obligation of funds, payments to contractors and grantees, close out of expired agreements and debt collection. The Division is also responsible for providing accounting advice, technical assistance and training in specialized areas of accounting for Federal funds to the National Office, grantee staff and Regional Office staff.
