Job Description
Educates new staff and does ongoing education. Configures new forms and charts and modify existing ones to meet policies and standards of the hospital. Helps develop and maintain current policies, procedures, and competencies as they relate to projects. Collects, compiles, analyzes, and reports statistics to the Coordinators, Manager, and Director that are impacted by the outcomes. Works with other projects as assigned. Assumes role of clinical consultant for staff. Participates in assigned committee meetings. Instructs various classes as needed.
