Description of Financial Advisor Job:

Salem Five Investment Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Salem Five Bank, is presently seeking qualified Financial Advisors to join our rapidly expanding Investment Services Company in the Waltham area. Open architecture platform allows for the use of mutual funds, annuities, securities, fee-based accounts and insurance to find the most suitable solution for the client’s need.

Qualification

• Successful candidate will probably be a motivated licensed Financial Advisor, with a minimum of four years experience providing financial services and at least $15 million in client assets.
• Will be expected to provide sound financial advice to customers referred from the retail bank.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to build relationships with a team of bank employees.
• Opportunity to obtain additional financial designations (CFP, CRPC, etc.)
• Series 65 preferred, and will be required within a reasonable timeframe.
• Must have Series 7, 63, and state insurance license.
• In addition, must have got good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be comfortable with public speaking.
