Job requires that you:

• Work as a technical lead in North America payment software development team to design, implement and deliver software on time and meet customer needs
• Quickly master Dresser Wayne iX global software solution and be able to modify and extend existing global design framework
• Consult with team lead and management to review and create engineering functional specifications, Scrum user stories and provide product backlog estimates
• Be able to design and code independently on individual assignments, and help others in the team to deliver their assignments, in each Scrum sprint
• Provide engineering support after product is delivered to field

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience with special concentration in the following areas:

• C++; C#, .NET; XML; TCP/IP socket programming
• Object-oriented design
• Multi-threading programming
• Strong background of Windows CE and real-time operating system is a big plus
• Knowledge of VB.NET is a plus

• Strong problem solving skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agile software development process experience
• Familiar with software source control, bug tracking and build process
