Rehabilitation, FT, As a member of the healthcare team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
Nurse Practitioner Works independently collaborating with affiliated health system physicians. Diagnoses and treats common family illnesses for patients two (2) years and older and prescribes medications when clinically appropriate. Provides patients with vaccinations, health education and utilizes expertise to determine the most appropriate treatment options. Completes patient encounters via an Electronic Health Records system.
