FTE Clinical Program Manager positions are assigned to work for the VA Inpatient Evaluation Center, which is aligned under the Office of the Associate Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Quality and Safety
Responsible for scheduling, staffing, insuring standards of care are maintained, overseeing QA activities, resource utilization, budget preparation and monitoring, and staff development.
Performs audits to identify any deviation from applicable state and federal regulations, and makes recommendations to remedy any such deviations. Maintains complete and accurate audit files in accordance with department policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of regulations and trends, and recommends additional audits based on those trends and / or issues.
