Job Summary
Admission Nurse Liaison
Is needed for JCAHO accredited 300-bed Skilled Nursing,
Long Term Care, and 34-bed Comprehensive Inpatient & Rehabilitation Unit.
Duties include: completing on site pre-admission assessments at referring hospitals
And other healthcare providers; interviewing and assessing potential admissions;
Reviewing medical records and providing recommendations regarding skilled and Rehabilitation levels of care. Requires daily travel to area hospitals.
Salary and benefits very competitive.
Requirements: Two years experience as a general duty R.N.
One year which shall be in a supervisory capacity
Excellent communication skills
License: Valid license as a professional nurse in the State of N
Valid driver’s license in the State of NJ
