Detailed Job Description:

  1. Coordinate responses to proposals, bid documentations and contracts inclusive of technical review, pricing and proposal preparation.
  2. Submission of GPO admin fee reports to GPO accounts and management including preparation of reports into the customers required formats.
  3. Maintain customer affiliation using customer supplies membership listing which are provided electronically.
  4. Assist customers, sales reps, department managers and field personnel as needed with information pertaining to corporate contracts.
  5. Maintain GPO contract database, (i.re. membership, pricing, etc.) for distribution as appropriate to field and internal personnel.
  6. Prepare customized sales reports, margin analysis, product information, price lists, pricing and presentations as required by Corporate Account personnel using PowerPoint and Excel.
  7. Relative to GPO contract, prepare final document and assure proper distribution and implementation to include updating SAP database.
  8. Provide customer service support for GPO and major account orders including retrieval from SAP.
